- Theory & practical demo of different types of Pumps, Pressure, Flow & Direction control Valves.
- Different types of Axial Piston units.
- Closed loop pumping systems and Hydrostatic Transmission.
- Principle and construction of Cartridge & Logic Valves.
- Control valves :
– Electro Proportional control, Joystick control. - Application of Hydraulic control system & their circuitry in
– Offshore drilling equipment (Top drive, BOP, Derrick, Iron Rough Neck, BX Elevator etc.)
– Exploration (Winches, Cranes)
– Marine (Steering / Propeller Drives) - Hydraulic fluid filtration for Marine / Offshore equipment.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Marine / Offshore equipment hydraulic systems.
Methodology
Extensive theoretical & practical concepts on technology through Audio Visuals, Case Studies and real-life applications.
