- Principle, construction & working of Hydraulic Cylinders & Hydraulic Motors.
- Practical exercises in assembly and testing of :
– Hydraulic Pumps (Vane, Variable Vane & Piston Pumps)
– Hydraulic Valves (Pr., Flow, Dir. control Valves), Modular Valves (Stackable Units)
– Proportional & Servo Valves, Mobile Valves, Hydraulic Motors
– Hydraulic Systems - Hydraulic System Accessories (Accumulators, Filters, Pipes & Hoses etc.)
- Hydraulic Circuits – Interpretation & analysis of different circuits.
- Hydraulic fluids, Contamination and Filtration.
- Maintenance and Trouble Shooting.
- Visit to main plant to get first-hand experience of manufacturing,assembly & testing of Hydraulic components & Systems.
